Quzhou offers 110 million yuan in consumption coupons
Quzhou in East China's Zhejiang province will offer 110 million yuan ($17.36 million) in consumption coupons to citizens from January to March to stimulate consumption, local media reported on Feb 14.
Mr Xu, a resident of Kecheng, got five 25-yuan Kecheng consumer coupons. Citizens of Kecheng can use the 25-yuan consumer coupons when spending over 100 yuan.

As of Feb 11, Jiangshan, a county-level city in Quzhou had given out over 200,000 paper consumption coupons worth 4 million yuan.
In addition, Jiangshan and Longyou county started launching the first round of electronic consumer coupons on Feb 10. Qujiang district issued consumer coupons on Feb 14 and Changshan and Kaihua counties will issue coupons on Feb 15.
