The Lianhua International Rural Future Community in Qujiang district, Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, won the International Awards for Livable Communities, or LivCom Awards, at the recently-concluded 2021 Livcom Awards Finals.
The LivCom Awards were initiated by the International Federation of the Park and Recreation Administration, and over 50 countries have been involved in the Awards.

In 2019, Quzhou piloted the construction of the international rural future community in Luanhua town and four other local places. After two years of construction, the Lianhua future community boasts a better natural environment and more complete infrastructure, attracting many tourists.
Living in harmony with nature is a part of Lianhua community's design, meaning that based on the original spacial structure and traditional villages, Lianhua community features modern living scenarios, including a reception center and sharing spaces.
Common prosperity is another theme of the community. A sharing restaurant in Lianhua has created jobs for local villagers, and local homestays have been helping surrounding farmers sell their produce to lodgers.
