It is hard to imagine wearing the scenic spots in Jiangshan, a county-level city in Quzhou, Zhejiang province. However, a Jiangshan girl made it a reality.
Ye Cui, born in 1991, is a jewelry designer who manages a customized jewelry store in the city.
When asked why she thought of making a jewelry set displaying the city's specialties and attractions, the girl said that she is deeply attached to her hometown.
"Over the past few years, local government has done its best to promote Jiangshan to more people, such as the Jiangshan marathon and light show, and as a Jiangshan native, I want to do my part in advertising the city," noted Ye.
Ye presented the most representative Jiangshan elements by wearable jewelry, including Jianglang Mountain, a UNESCO world cultural heritage site, colored pottery and kiwi.
The set of jewelry is on display at Ye's store and has attracted numerous buyers. The young designer said that considering the popularity of her latest works, she will show more Jiangshan elements in her design in the future.
