For companies with newly-established headquarters in Quzhou, a maximum of 5 million yuan ($725,000) will be rewarded by Quzhou municipal government, a maximum of 80 percent of its tax to local revenue will be annulled in the first five years of its settlement in the city, a maximum of 6 million yuan will be subsidized for office block construction or 3 million yuan for office block purchase or 1.5 million yuan for office block rental.

For companies with headquarters that are listed in China or abroad with a registered place in Quzhou, 100 billion yuan will be rewarded by local government.
