Joyson Group and Shanghai Zhiyuan Xinchuang Technology Co Ltd has recently created Ningbo Puzhi Future Robotics Co Ltd.

The first phase of this new company's production line aims to manufacture 1,000 humanoid and wheeled robots annually. This makes it Ningbo's first company dedicated to the production and sale of embodied intelligent robots.

The Ningbo Embodied Intelligent Robotics Innovation Center was also inaugurated. With an investment of 200 million yuan ($27.36 million) and a planned 5,000-square-meter facility, the center will be constructed and operated by Puzhi Future. It is set to explore key areas such as one-to-one scenario simulation, large-scale AI model training, and software-hardware integration.

Through secondary development, the center will create market-ready embodied intelligent robot products, making it a hub for robot R&D in urban commercial service scenarios. It also aims to incubate embodied intelligent robotics nationwide, attract investments to bring robotics projects to Ningbo, and grow Ningbo's robotics industry.

Looking ahead, Joyson Group and Shanghai Zhiyuan Xinchuang plan to further refine their embodied intelligent ecosystems, in order to market these robotic products better.
