Zhejiang charts 2025 economic agenda

East China's Zhejiang province reviewed its progress for 2024 and outlined key tasks for 2025 at a conference in Hangzhou on Dec 21.
Zhejiang's economy showed robust performance in 2024, with GDP growing by 5.4 percent in the first three quarters and an anticipated annual growth of 5.5 percent. The province outperformed national averages in industrial output, exports, and retail sales from January to November.
In the coming year, Zhejiang's key initiatives will include:
