The 11th Wuzhen Theater Festival kicked off on Oct 17 with the performance of We are Leaving by director Krzysztof Warlikowski and the Nowy Teatr at Wuzhen Grand Theater.

For the next 11 days, Wuzhen will host 86 performances of 24 outstanding works from 11 countries across 11 venues. Highlights include the emerging theater artist competition, street performances, insightful interviews with theater masters, and a theater market combining exhibitions, food, music, and screenings.

This vibrant event transforms Wuzhen into a cultural center, drawing theater enthusiasts worldwide to celebrate the power of art and storytelling.
