Highlights of the 2023 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit

The 2023 World Internet Conference (WIC) Wuzhen Summit will be held from Nov 8 to 10 in Wuzhen, Jiaxing, Zhejiang province, featuring various events.
The Zhejiang sub-forum, the largest and most prestigious sub-forum of the WIC Wuzhen Summit, will see experts and entrepreneurs from home and abroad discuss the digital economy leading the construction of a modern industrial system both online and offline.
The Light of the Internet Expo will be held from Nov 7 to 10, focusing on technological trends and hot topics related to the internet.
More than 530 exhibitors will bring their cutting-edge products to six exhibition areas for artificial intelligence, digital technology, future intelligent manufacturing, digital rural areas, digital new infrastructure, and network security.
A total of more than 120 overseas enterprises and institutions from 45 countries and regions, including Russia, Germany, France, Britain, South Korea, India and Singapore, will participate in the exhibition.
More than 1,000 prominent companies and other units, such as IBM and Baidu, will release more than 10,000 recruitment positions at the talent matchmaking event. The physical recruitment fair will be held on Nov 7, while the online recruitment fair will be launched on Nov 1 and end at the end of December.
The Global Internet Competition called "Straight to Wuzhen", a part of the important format of the WIC, has received 1,005 projects from 23 countries. There are 81 projects shortlisted for the finals, of which 11 are overseas projects. The award ceremony will be held on Nov 10.
