First Prize: 2 winners (a prize of up to 10,000 yuan, approximately $1,400, the first authors will be invited to the 2023 Wuzhen Summit as special guests, with transportation and accommodation expenses covered by the organizer)

Third Prize: 10 winners (a prize of 3,000 yuan, approximately $420)

WHAT YOU CAN SUBMIT

We accept submissions including but not limited to text, pictures, and videos.

Not more than 1,000 words.

Pictures

Not more than 10 pictures of less than 5MB each, with a caption of less than 500 words and in JPG or PNG format.

Video 

Format: MP4 or MOV.

Dimension: Horizontal 16:9.

Size: 1GB maximum, not longer than 4 minutes.

Introduction: A brief introduction of not more than 500 words.

SUBMISSION CHANNELS

Please send an email that includes the category of the work, title, author's name, contact information, and the publication link of your work on social media with relevant statistics like views and likes.

DISPLAY AND VOTING

After the initial review, qualified works will be showcased and promoted on WIC's multilingual social media platforms. We will invite the audience to write reviews and vote for the entries.

Lucky voters will have the chance to win bluetooth earbuds.

EVALUATION RULES

An expert jury will select the final award-winning works based on quality, online popularity, and voting results. The jury will consist of the event organizers, as well as experienced professionals and scholars in relevant fields.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. The submitter is responsible for the copyright and authenticity of the submitted works, and guarantees that the works have not participated in any other competitions. In case of any disputes related to copyrights, trademarks, reputation rights, or any other legal rights, the submitter should handle them on their own. If the submitter fails to effectively clarify and resolve the dispute, the event organizer has the right to disqualify the participant.

2. By submitting works to this event, submitters agree that the event organizer (WIC) unconditionally owns the rights to promote, showcase, edit, and publicize the works in any form.

3. Winners are obliged to cooperate in completing related publicity and promotion work for the event.

4. The personal income tax shall be the responsibility of the winners.
