The "Visa Officers Walk into Jiaxing, Zhejiang" event kicked off on June 19 and will last for three days. The first stop was Jiashan county.

A delegation of 22 officials from embassies in China and consulates general in Shanghai from 15 countries, including Venezuela, Chile, Romania and Nepal, participated in the event.

The delegation visited Aficion Chocolate Town, the Future Food Laboratory of Zhejiang University, the Jiashan Fudan Research Institute, and Xitang Ancient Town.

They also attended a meeting to showcase the development achievements of the demonstration zone in integrated ecological green development in the Yangtze River Delta (Jiashan).
