The Hangzhou high-quality tourism development conference was held in Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province on Mar 22.

Agreements for a total of 14 major cultural and tourism projects were signed at the conference, with a total investment of 41.88 billion yuan ($6.12 billion). Suggestions and goals were put forward on how to further develop the tourism industry in Hangzhou.

At the meeting, an appointment certificate was issued to special consultants on high-quality tourism development in Hangzhou.
