Yudong village is famous for its farmer paintings. The village has a population of over 800, and more than 300 villagers are skilled at painting.

In recent years, the village has promoted future rural development and achieved fruitful results.

It has built the China (Yudong) Rural Art Museum, and dozens of art experts have set up studios in the village.

Meanwhile, the village has created a cultural brand for its farmer paintings to promote the industry and increase the incomes of locals.

In addition, the village's tourism industry is booming as a result of the development of the farmer painting industry.

The village's collective operating income jumped from 60,000 yuan ($8,757) in 2019 to 1.12 million yuan in 2022. The output value of industries related to farmer painting has exceeded 20 million yuan, helping villagers find jobs near home.
