A review of our work in 2020 and achievements during the 13th Five-Year Plan period

2020年极不平凡。一年来，面对国际国内形势的深刻复杂变化特别是突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情，浙江省生产总值64613亿元、增长3.6%，一般公共预算收入增长2.8%，城镇和农村居民收入分别增长4.2%、6.9%，三大攻坚战取得决定性成就，十方面民生实事圆满完成。

2020 has been extraordinary, with profound and complex changes at home and abroad, especially the sudden strike of COVID-19. Despite the headwinds, Zhejiang's GDP reached 6.4613 trillion yuan, an increase of 3.6%. General public budget revenue grew by 2.8%. The income of urban and rural residents increased by 4.2% and 6.9% respectively. Decisive achievements were made in the three critical battles against poverty, pollution and potential risk. Targets have been met in the ten major initiatives for improving people's life.

“十三五”发展胜利收官

Major targets for the 13th Five-Year Plan period were met on schedule

1.浙江经济总量跃上6万亿元台阶，年均增长6.5%
Zhejiang hit a new milestone with its 2020 GDP exceeding 6 trillion yuan, an annual increase of 6.5%.

2.一般公共预算从2015年的4810亿元增加到了7248亿元，年均增长8.5%  

General public budget increased from 481 billion yuan in 2015 to 724.8 billion yuan in 2020, an annual growth rate of 8.5%.

3.城镇和农村居民收入分别跨上6万元、3万元台阶，年均分别增长 7.5%，8.6%

The income of urban and rural residents exceeded 60,000 and 30,000 yuan, an increase of 7.5% and 8.6% respectively.

4.人均预期寿命由78.3岁提高到79.2岁

Average life expectancy rose from 78.3 years to 79.2 years.

5.群众安全感满意率稳定在96%以上

People's satisfaction with public security stayed above 96%.
