The Light of Internet Expo will be held in Wuzhen, Jiaxing, East China's Zhejiang province from Nov 22 to 24, according to a press conference held on Nov 18.
The expo this year will focus on the latest development trends in the internet industry as well as the latest internet technologies.
A total of 130 renowned companies and institutions, including Alibaba, Huawei, Tencent, Baidu, Epson, and Infosys, will showcase their cutting-edge scientific and technological achievements.
Alibaba's delivery robot Xiaomanlv, Tencent's "Digital Ark" program, Baidu's virtual assistant Duxiaoxiao, and Zhijiang Lab's brain-like computer will all appear at the expo.
To ensure a safe event, visitors are required to make a reservation, show their green health QR code and identity card, have their temperature taken, and wear a face mask before entering the venue. They also need to maintain a distance of more than one meter from other visitors at the venue.
While at the expo, visitors will have the chance to receive a coupon for the Xizha scenic area in Wuzhen.
The number of visitors has been limited, and reservations will be unavailable if a tour is fully booked. Those interested can sign up for the event via the official WeChat account "gh_9fbc047e704d".
This year's expo is sponsored by the Cyberspace Administration of China, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology, and Zhejiang Provincial Government.
