The second session of the 12th Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference opened on Jan 26 with 611 political advisers in attendance.

They were briefed on the work report of the standing committee over the past year and reviewed the proposals they raised at the opening ceremony.

The second session of the 13th Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress commenced on Jan 27 with the attendance of 616 deputies.
