The second session of the 12th Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) concluded in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province on Jan 30.

Presided over by Ge Huijun, chairwoman of the 12th Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the CPPCC, the closing plenary approved the review report by the committee for handling proposals.

Che Jun, Party secretary of Zhejiang, extended his congratulations for the successful closing of the session. He said the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the CPPCC has made great contributions to the province's development over the past year and he hoped it would continue its close cooperation with the Communist Party of China to work towards a better future for Zhejiang.

Ge pledged to improve the political consultative work with a more open mind and stronger efforts in the following year with the aim of making Zhejiang's next chapter even better and celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of People's Republic of China with an outstanding performance.
