The 5th World Internet Conference (WIC), to be held in Wuzhen, Zhejiang province from Nov 7 to 9, established partnership relations with 14 companies on Oct 23.

The partners, including Alibaba Group, BMW China, Hongqi Automobile, China Everbright Bank and Yaying Fashion Group, will offer all-round services and support for technology supply, guest reception and other conference affairs during the event.

This year's edition of the WIC will be themed "creating a digital world for mutual trust and collective governance - toward a community with a shared future in cyberspace". The schedule includes 19 sub-forums revolving around five themes: innovation-driven development, universal security, openness and inclusiveness, the pursuit of a better life and common prosperity.
