Zhejiang approves four international industrial parks
East China's Zhejiang province recently confirmed establishment of four more international industrial parks in collaboration with Israel, the Czech Republic, South Korea and the United States.
China-Israel Industrial Park (Yuhang)
Targeting Israel's advanced projects of medical equipment, biomedicine and life science, the China-Israel Industrial Park will import and cultivate a group of small and medium-sized health care companies, aiming to promote cooperation between China and Israel and build a highland for the high-end health care sector.
China-Czech Industrial Park (Ningbo)
The park, located in Ningbo, will be developed into an open and efficient platform for quality industrial resources from Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries like the Czech Republic. The park will be based on the industries of high-tech materials and electromechanics and supported by the services sector. Characteristic CEE industries such as crystal products and beer are also included in the park's overall plan.
China-South Korea Industrial Park (Wuxing)
Taking advantage of South Korea's cosmetics industry, the industrial park will gather a series of makeup elements into a comprehensive center for product inspection, research, authentication and publicity.
China-USA Industrial Park (Huzhou)
Zhejiang and the United States plan to cooperate in developing biomedicine and new energy vehicles in Huzhou. The whole layout of the industrial park will be "one center, two bases", which means a sci-tech center and two production bases.
Since 2015, Zhejiang has set up 19 international industrial parks, successfully bringing in over 200 national projects and total investment of more than $7 billion.
