Zhejiang bids farewell to first int'l documentary festival

After joint decisions by seven judges from across the globe, led by Yves Jeanneau from France, founder of the French Marseille Documentary Festival and winner of the Oscar award for "Best Documentary", several documentaries finally stood out – The Apology from the Canadian director Tiffany Hsiung, which was ranked the best work of the year; the Crossing Road from the Japanese director Hayato Obiki, which won a special recommendation from the judge group; and Burqa Boxers, directed by Alka Raghuram who was also named best screenwriter.
