Business leaders exchange ideas before B20 Summit
Some business people from Zhejiang province had a chance to discuss their ideas with their peers from all over the world in Hangzhou just before this year’s B20.
Many visitors went to companies’ exhibition hall for further discussion, for example, the International Chamber of Commerce’s Jeffrey Hardy, head of its CEO Advisory Group, and heads of state, such as Kazakhstan’s first Deputy Prime Minister, Bakytzhan Sagintayev.
The B20 Summit is intended as a warm-up activity for the G20 Summit, a place where business leaders can discuss various issues in economics and make some policy proposals for G20 Summit.
Many of them visited the Chint Group’s exhibition hall in Hangzhou’s Binjiang district, which has different areas for a large data center, exhibition area, and negotiation area that are tailored to the G20 summit.
Hardy was among the first group of visitors and remarked, “Before I came to Hangzhou, many people told me this city is a leader in scientific innovation. And when I got here the first time, I really did feel the scientific leadership as shown by the Chint Group. It’s a good example.”
