Wanxiang Group Company, founded in 1969, is a multinational automotive components manufacturer located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. The company also has arms in renewable energies, financial services, natural resources, including minerals and petroleum, real estate and private equity and venture capital investment. 

Wanxiang Group owns 32 manufacturing enterprises, including a 4-square-kilometer manufacturing base, several technology centers, labs and post-doctoral research centers. 

The company ranked 119th among China's Top 500 enterprises in 2006, and 127th in 2007. It has been specially designated in Zhejiang province's major plans since 1990, and was listed as one of the 120 pilot business groups by the State Council in 1997. In 1999 Wanxiang was listed as on of the country's 520 key enterprises and won the China's first grand award for industry.

In 2010, Wanxiang Group was ranked 60th in China's top 500 manufacturing enterprises by the China Industrial Economical Academy.
